We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly assist you with any length or size adjustments necessary.Items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in a saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt and all original packaging (including any certificates supplied). Custom made/bespoke jewelry is considered final sale.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please ship it back to us by first contacting our customer service at: support@anniecase.com . Once your return is confirmed by our service representative, you will receive step by step instructions and shipping address via email.
Costs related to return shipments will be at your own expense, unless return shipment is due to product defect.
You'll get your refund typically within 48 hours within the time your items are received and inspected; It may take 3-5 business days for your banking institutions to apply the funds.
